THT-EX's nonstop hazardous location LED lights testing! The challenge for this time is a long-term outdoor weatherproof test.   We test hazardous location lights with various wattages (20W to 500W) and different applications, such as: high bay lights, flood lights, street lights, area lights, linear lights, etc. to prove their waterproof, dustproof and high temperature resistance performance.   After the rainy season in spring, the hot sun exposure in summer and the typhoon season we are facing now, these lightings continue to provide bright illumination, have good luminous efficiency and undamaged enclosure. Look! THT-EX's latest product was granted UL (CID2) explosion-proof certification , it’s compact size, lightweight, and shape like an Acorn! This model provides a variety of wattage and voltage options, you can choose different light colors according to the application purpose, for example, general industrial lighting uses cool white/warm white color and with wide-angle 360° illumination that can replace conventional HPS lamp; and the red color can be used as a warning light, and the green color is for the eye-washer indicator light.  In the part of the bracket design, we provide hanging mount, wall mount, and street type. THT-EX Hazardous Location LED Lighting L1733N has a new evolution!  It's our first product with diversified lens angles and was granted UL, IECEx, and ATEX certifications! It provides full voltage 100V~277V or 200V~480V, and with 70W or 105W options!  There are 11 types of lens and the luminous distributions meet the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standard and are different from the general lightings, which are with limited illumination distribution types. Model L1733N can provide corresponding solutions according to the requirements of installation sites.  For example, the lens 60°x145° (NEMA 7x6) is very suitable for street lighting, as it can illuminate horizontally and be level with the straight road, light up the entire road without dark corners. THT-EX’s Hazardous Location LED Lights are filed tested in an outdoor environment from spring to winter! The light fixtures experienced various kinds of harsh challenges and seasonal changes, including heavy rain, burning sun, storm, and cold waves. The high waterproof rating, robust housing, and protective coating demonstrate strong durability under such challenging environment.  In addition, we also carry out optical attenuation test every six months and stable illumination performance was verified.  The following video is the record of the test. The harsh environments, include high heat and high humidity, have always been big challenges to the performance and lifetime of lighting fixtures. Recently, we tested our newly launched high-power lighting in a high-temperature environment to verify its’ quality. The testing was conducted in a wide & empty place on a mountain to ensure the safety of staff. When the 300 wattage lighting illuminates, it’ll generate higher heat energy. We put it in 100°C boiling water for more than 12 hours and found that the lighting wasn’t affected by the heat. The heat energy didn’t cause the lighting to fail and still provide excellent illumination! The illumination in the working environment of this case before improvement was uneven and dim after on-site measurement. Through THT-EX's professional lighting planning & simulation, the brightness of the environment was greatly improved (Total Lux from 250lux to 500lux).
