UL, IECEx and ATEX approved AC IN Explosion-proof LED Lights from Taiwan

THT-EX donated an ambulance, numbered 33rd, to Tri-Service General Hospital Beitou Branch. This ambulance was officially on duty yesterday. TH-EX always dedicates to provide safety illumination to the world and help others in need. We will keep striving and devoting more to charity.

THT-EX’S five ABS approved Explosion-proof LED Lightings, model No. L1203 (20W) , P1202 (40W), L1105(40W / 60W) , L1102(60W/ 80W/ 100W) and L1217 (110W/120W), were recently certified by CR (CR Classification Society) as well. The pu rpose of CR certification is to widen our recognition coverage and to join Taiwan's indigenous ship building program. THT-EX is one of very few Taiwanese companies which has both ABS and CR certified LED light products. Our lightings’ features are waterproof IP68, salt mist resistance and corrosion resistance which are applicable in harsh environment such as oil rigs, LPG ships, LNG ships and ore carrier ships…etc. to provide safety illumination to those locations.

THT-EX’s mobile and embedded type Explosion-proof lighting tube was developed base on customers’ safety requirements and also to meet different harsh environment applications. This lighting tube also received Explosion-proof certificati on in Taiwan follow the successful UL, IECEx and ATEX recognitions of lighting bar L1319. The lighting tube comes with wide diversities, includes 4-feet (40W), 2-feet(20W) & 1-feet(10W) and voltage of 277/220/110Vac for various occasions usage. For example, aircraft maintenance, semiconductor production, painting factory, petrochemical industry, natural gas distribution, coal conveyer and power generation plant…etc. All of our products are designed and made in Taiwan with international certifications. We always concern and safeguard your life and property.

Besides of the existing models L1203-20W，L1105A-40W/60W and L1102-60W/80W/100W, the other two models L1217-110W/120W and P1202-40W were also granted ABS (American Bureau of Shipping ) certifications and could be installed on ships. We have in total 5 items passed ABS recognition so far and are able to offer wide variety of wattage includes 20W, 40W, 60W, 80W, 100W, 110W and 120W to meet all kinds of needs.    

Our first 40W Explosion-proof LED lighting bar product (model No. L1319) was granted IECEx and ATEX certificates which is applicable in hazardous location of Zone 1 and Zone 2 Certificated protection Ex db IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T85℃ Db. This Explosion-proof LED lighting bar offers another choice aside from our existing round shape products.
